| Physical and Chemical Properties |

White fine powder, slippery feeling, combustible, non-toxic, density 1.095g/cm3, melting points: ≥180°C, not
dissolved in water or ethanol but dissolved in hot organic solvents and acids; A colloidal material is formed along
with the degression of the temperature after dissolved in the organic solvents and it well be decomposed to stearic
acid and Zinc salts when reacting with strong acids.

| Properties and use of instructions of AV series |

AV-A special plastic cement grade, mainly used in the petrochemical industry (PC, PS, PVC and advanced color
masterbatch etc) as a disperser and thermal stabilizer.
AV plastic grade, used in color master batch as a stabilizer, dispersant and lubricant.
AV-1 industrial grade, used in the plastic processing field as a lubricant and mold-releasing agent.
It is a good lubricant for not-vulcanized materials in the rubber, which is absorbed in the rubber after dissolved in
the rubber after dissolved in the rubber under high temperature in the sulfofication process, so it is better than the
products made by inertia materials. In the PS, it is the most effective lubricant and color disperser, most importantly,
it can avoid the color degradation in fusion conditions. It can promote the dispersion of color in the PP and improve
on mould-releasing effect in the PE and reinforcing PET plastics; additionally, it also can be used in the phenolic
resin and ABS model plastics. |
